News: Like a Phoenix./
It's been a long time.. and we are so sorry! We haven't forgotten you!
There have been updates that havent gone public and many many surfacing photos, editorials, movies, and the like that
we keep getting and were hoping to launch a new website soon. However, the concept of a new website may take much longer than
expected due to personal reasons. Regardless, we are still alive and kickin! Since the last released update Assisted
Living has played several shows throughout the south suburbs and hopefully in the upcomin weeks we are headin up north to
take Loyola and DePaul Universities by storm!
On a less brighter note,
Nasfest has been delayed until December. We beleive that each and every fan who has ever listened, watched, enjoyed,
etc. Assisted Living has the right to see us play again - the main reason Nasfest has been pushed back is because many
of our fans are spread out amongst the US and Europe in various different universities. We figured that by pushing
back the event to a much suitable time (winter break) we can ensure that every fan has the opportunity to come and
see us. We gave them a farewell at various events before schools ended, and now we are going to give them a welcome
back to the local scene that they'll never forget.

News: AL live at Battle of Bands
After much efforts of tracking down amateur movie and photo, Assisted Living has finally come across a video taken by
Corey Ryan (thanks dude!) of the Battle of Bands show on January 7th, 2005. The movie will eventually be posted up into clips
of each of the songs that were played that evening.Shots from the songs are available here. The Palos Community Hospital Band On The Run Run movie will also be posted up shortly as well as Assisted Living's demo
for Orland Park's Battle of Bands.

WOW! What a KICKASS show! Palos Community Hospital's
annual Band On The Run featured some heavy hitter local bands featuring the very own ASSISTED
LIVING! Over a thousand people couldn't have been made any happier! For more details read
Nasi says and Show Reviews. Also, I forgot to put up a picture gallery, I might put a section up, if so, it will be called
Pictures cause im lazy. Also, for those who want a cd/dvd/vhs of the last few shows drop us a line! Assisted Living has expanded
its multi-media with some awesome live footage/recordings. Keep your eyes posted for more shows! We're gettin ready for Orland
Park's Battle of Bands Aug 6th and a possible Ashbory's (sp?). We'll keep you posted.

Welcome to the new ASSISTED LIVING website! Woot! We've finally sat down
and created an online home for the band. So do us a favor and look around; keep in mind it's still in the works - so pardon
our dust.We hope that you enjoy the site!
